PINAMEMO · HOW-TO

How to build a shopping wishlist

Collect the "likes" scattered across different shops on one board and keep a one-line note about why each item is there. Any shop works — Coupang, Naver Smart Store, Temu, AliExpress, Amazon — as long as you have the product link.

Who this is for

  • Anyone comparing the same item across three or four shops
  • People planning next month's purchases — kids' clothes, fishing tackle, camping gear
  • Families who want to share gift ideas without a spreadsheet

Step 1. Save the product as a card

  1. Copy the product page address from the shop.
  2. Click Add web page at the top of pinaMemo and paste the address. Leave the title blank and pinaMemo looks up the product name and main image for you.
  3. Click Create note. A product card with thumbnail, name and shop domain appears on the board.

Faster: drag the "Save to pinaMemo" bookmark button from the board to your bookmarks bar. From then on, one click on any product page adds the card straight to your open pinaMemo tab.

Step 2. Write why you saved it

Every product card has a one-line note field underneath. Keep the facts you will need next time: price, size, colour, coupon deadline.

  • $24.90 · free shipping · size 42
  • check again during the November sale
  • option B — nicer colour, 2-week delivery

These notes are searchable with Ctrl+F Find note, so a word like "sale" brings the card straight back.

Step 3. Sort with folders and colours

Past ten candidates you want folders. Select several cards, right-click → Create folder and group them as "Tackle", "Winter clothes" or "Gift ideas". Right-click a folder name to give it a colour, and drag folder names to change their order.

Plain notes can be recoloured from the palette at the top of the right-click menu — yellow for finalists, lavender for "maybe later".

Step 4. Compare and decide

  • Arrange in rows lines the candidates up so thumbnails and notes can be compared at a glance.
  • Sort by created restores the order you saved them in. Hover the small date in a note's corner to see when it was created and last edited.
  • When you have decided, View product ↗ opens the shop page to buy.

Step 5. Keep and share

The board is backed up automatically in this browser and restored after a reload, but to move between phone and PC or keep a list for months, click Save notes to write a JSON file. To share gift ideas, use Export to copy the folder as Markdown or text and paste it into a chat — names, links and notes travel together.

Common questions

No thumbnail appears. Some shops block image previews from other sites. Paste an image address into the Product image URL field, or keep the card without a picture.

Do prices update automatically? No. pinaMemo stores the product page, it does not track prices. Writing the price in the note when you save makes later comparison easy.

Is my login or payment data stored? No. Only the product address, title and image address stay in your browser and files. See the Privacy Policy.
